Danville Support Services is a home health care company that aims to provide loved ones with the support they need to remain healthy, independent, and happy. Employee retention can be a challenge for any company, we learned that what our caregivers value the most is the supportive work environment and flexible scheduling we provide!
Our office staff works hard to make sure they are easily reachable via regular office hours and a shared on-call phone. Our employees’ responses shone a light on our efforts to be reachable paying off.
